Crunchy Spud Lite Wedges
INGREDIENTS
- 6 medium to large Spud Lite potatoes
- 180ml olive oil
- Sea salt
- Fresh rosemary sprigs
METHOD

Step 1 - Pre-heat Oven
Pre-heat oven on 220 degrees Celsius.
Step 2 - Boil Spud Lite Potatoes
Place Spud Lite potatoes into a pot and cover with cool water. Place on stove and bring to a boil. Boil for approximately 15 to 18 minutes, until soft (option prick ends of potatoes with a sharp knife, microwave for 8 minutes). Drain the cooked potatoes.Once cool slice into wedges or desired shape.
Step 3 - Heat Tray
Place baking tray in oven to pre heat. Line with alfoil or baking paper to help with the washing up.
Step 4 - Crisp and Crunch
Toss the cut potatoes in olive oil and seasoning, place in baking tray and roast for 18 minutes or until crispy brown turning over once or twice during the cooking.
Step 5 - Serving Time
Now serve to enjoy.
