Spud Lite Kebabs
INGREDIENTS
- 5 medium to large Spud Lite potatoes
- 200g Prosciutto
- 1 Punnet cherry tomatoes
- Salt and pepper
- 80ml Olive oil
- 100ml Sour cream
METHOD

Step 1 - Boil Spud Lite Potatoes
Place Spud Lite potatoes into a pot and cover with cool water. Place on stove and bring to a boil. Boil for approximately 15 – 20 minutes, until soft. Drain the potatoes. Once cool chop the potatoes into wedges.
Step 2 - Create Kebab
Lay out your strips of prosciutto. Place Spud Lite wedge on the prosciutto and roll up, hold together with a skewer or toothpick, add the cherry tomatoes.
Step 3 - Fry the Kebab
Warm olive oil in pan, not too hot. Pan fry the Spud Lite kebabs.
Step 4 - Ready to Serve
Place sour cream into a serving bowl and your Spud Lite kebabs are now ready to serve.
